Tell us when your bridge shuttle drops you off, which hotel you're leaving from, or which ferry terminal (Outer Harbour / Taipa) you land at — an Alphard or Benz will be waiting at the agreed spot, the driver speaks Cantonese and English, and it's completely free. No location limits within Macau: we pick up on the peninsula and in Taipa / Cotai alike. Coming with three or five friends? A 7-seater fits everyone comfortably, your whole group gets the same treatment at no extra cost, and there's no splitting into separate cars or navigating for yourselves.

The car pulls right up to the venue door, the front desk already knows you're coming, and there's no queue. Card scan, wristband, into the changing room for a robe, luggage locked in a free locker — the whole thing usually takes about five minutes. After checking in, take a soak, a steam and a bite to eat first. The dining area is open all night: steak, fried rice and noodles, seafood, stir-fries and fruit are all you-can-eat, and cold drinks are free and unlimited (alcoholic drinks cost extra). After 7pm the therapists arrive one after another and the show begins in the main hall — Number One Sauna (壹號) fields a lineup of over a hundred, East Castle Spa (東方皇堡) has a themed stage, and Number Nine Spa (玖號水療) runs full professional stage lighting; take a front-row seat and take your time choosing. Once you've picked, head into a private room for sixty minutes of one-on-one exclusive service.

Two complimentary add-on services
After the sixty-minute in-room service, pick two more add-ons (our bookings only; East Castle Spa and Majesty Spa include one each, and Clube Rio does not run them). Head massage, foot massage, leg massage, ear cleaning, a manicure or a back scrub — your choice, 20 minutes each. These normally cost extra on their own, but we throw them in. Tell us your preference when you book, we'll line it up with the manager before you arrive, and you just pick it on the spot.

The trip back・we drop you at your hotel / ferry / border
When you're ready to leave, just send us a line. The same car comes back for you and drops you wherever you like — a Macau hotel, the Outer Harbour ferry terminal, the HK–Zhuhai–Macau bridge border — no location limits within Macau, and just as free. Fancy a late-night bite on the way? No problem, just say the word. If you choose to stay overnight (every partner venue includes an overnight stay with the lounger area at no extra charge, and a private room can be arranged as a paid upgrade), you can enjoy a free breakfast the next morning before heading off at your leisure — the whole visit can run to 12–15 hours.

A few more things before you check out
- ⏰ Timing
Try to schedule your entry after 7pm — that's when the therapists are all in. Most start arriving from 1pm, nearly everyone is in after 7pm, and that's when the show and reception really get going, so crossing the bridge in the afternoon times it just right.
- 💳 Payment
HKD, MOP, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and credit cards are all accepted, so there's no need to change money specially. Most Macau venues and eateries take HKD, usually at 1 HKD = 1 MOP (a few places shave off a percent or two). For the best rate, pull a little MOP from an ATM at the border to keep on hand.
- 🚐 Crossing the bridge
Bridge shuttle or drive yourself? The shuttle is easiest — frequent departures from the HK border, fast immigration, no cross-border permit to sort, and our private car meets you at the Macau border. If you drive, remember to apply for a bridge permit in advance; there's parking at the Macau border too.
- 🏨 Where to stay
Which area is convenient? To be near the venues, the Macau peninsula (around Grand Lisboa, Lisboa and Grand Lapa) is closest to most of them. Staying in Taipa / Cotai? Pick Manhao Spa (曼濠水療) inside the Grandview Hotel — a short ride away on the same side of the water. Doing a day trip with no hotel? The venue's free lockers hold your luggage from arrival to departure, saving you a night's hotel.
- 🕒 Shuttle schedule
Shuttle times: the HK–Zhuhai–Macau bridge shuttle runs 24 hours. At peak (7–10pm) buses come every 5–10 minutes; in the small hours about every 30 minutes. The return runs 24 hours too, so you'll always make it — whether you leave late at night or after breakfast the next morning.
- 📩 Before you go
A day or two before you set off, message us to check the week's deals and therapist rosters. Not every venue runs a deal every day and who's working can change, so asking ahead means no wasted trip.
- 🪪 Documents
Bring your passport and any required entry permit — essential at immigration. Travellers with an e-visa endorsement just tap their card through, and the whole process takes 5–10 minutes. Check nothing has expired: if it has, you can't fix it on the spot and would have to sort it before you travel.
- 🎒 Luggage
Travel light — robes, slippers and towels are all provided at the venue. Bring your phone, wallet and documents; lock everything else in a free locker. It's easiest for visitors coming straight from the border with a suitcase.
