If you are staying anywhere along the Cotai Strip, the question we hear most from visitors is: "Is there a new high-end venue in Taipa?" Manhao Spa (曼濠水療), which opened on 1 May, is the answer — just a three-minute drive from The Venetian and The Parisian.
Set inside the Grand Coloane... actually, set inside the Grand Dragon Hotel (君怡酒店) in Taipa, the whole brand is built around one idea: royalty. A gold crown MH emblem, Carrara marble walls, custom timber lockers with gold clasps, a marble dining hall and a mural-lined corridor — every material choice is pitched at boutique-hotel level.
The real signature is what is currently the largest therapist showcase hall in Macau: a multi-tier glass-railed walkway bathed in deep-blue neon that turns the reception moment into a full stage spectacle rather than a quick formality. Rooms are all-in-one suites that combine the bedroom with a water bed, and the red water bed under a spotlight-stage effect is the visual centrepiece of each room. A multinational therapist lineup delivers private, dedicated service. There is a dedicated starlight lounge for daytime rest. Doors run 14:00-06:00, and overnight stays are off the menu for now.
